Running a pharmacy is demanding. Dispensing, staffing, compliance and day-to-day operations already stretch your team thin — and with NHS funding under continued pressure, margins on core dispensing work keep getting squeezed.
Private clinical services (travel clinics, weight management, ear wax removal, private vaccinations, health checks) are one of the few levers pharmacies have to build a revenue stream that isn't dictated by NHS contracts and reimbursement rates. But most pharmacies still treat these services as an afterthought — relying on walk-ins and word of mouth instead of a real acquisition strategy.
The result is predictable: inconsistent bookings, underutilised capacity, and services that never reach their potential — not because the demand isn't there, but because there's no system driving patients to book.
If NHS funding isn't going to get more generous, your private services need to work harder. That means moving away from hoping for walk-ins and towards a structured, data-driven acquisition system that consistently delivers qualified, paying patients to your door.
That's what I build.
